
Refund and Returns Policy for Shinespheree

At Shinespheree, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process. Your trust and satisfaction are important to us. Please see our detailed policy below:
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom and personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of your refund status. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or discounted items (unless explicitly stated).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and upon receipt of the return, we will issue an exchange for a different item, subject to availability.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
